Product Description

The Low Temperature Kinematic Viscometer Bath is suitable for determining the low temperature viscosity of petroleum products. The mechanism of the instrument is to measure the time during which a certain volume of liquid flows under gravity through a calibrated glass capillary viscometer at a constant temperature. The product of the capillary constant of the viscometer and the flow time is the kinematic viscosity of the liquid measured at that temperature.
