Fundamental structure

The Asphalt Ductility Testing Instrument is composed of sliding plate drive mechanism, cooling and heating system, computer numerical control and electrical device. The temperature is automatically controlled by intelligent temperature control instrument, frequency control and speed regulation, LED display will show stretching length so that you can lock the length by remote control.

Main technical features

1.The thermostatic water tank is made separately from the water tank, and the water is returned by circulating pump to make the water temperature in the tank more stable; Refrigeration system adopts imported compressor unit, fast refrigeration and reliable performance.
2.Automatic temperature control, accurate measurement, and has the function of calibration and correction.
3.The appearance is made of stainless steel, the screw is external, the linear slide rail is used for positioning, the transmission is smooth, the stretching speed is stepless with the imported frequency conversion governor, and the stretching length is respectively shown by LED, clear and can be locked remotely.
4.The whole machine is beautiful and easy to operate.
