Product Description

1. ASTM D1160 Vacuum Distillation Apparatus for Petroleum Oil is desktop structure. It is composed of distillation test part and vacuum process part. It can meet requirements of SH/T 0165.
2.  The power of the heating furnace can be adjusted continuously. It equips a cooling device to make the heating furnace cooled down rapidly after determination. It is convenient for next test.
3.  The vacuum pump has good effect. The max residual pressure is 2mmHg.

Precautions

1. Keep the instrument clean and prevent acid, alkali, oil and moisture from eroding. Pay special attention to the fact that the electronic control part must not enter the water and get wet.
2. Always check that the instrument is well grounded to ensure operator safety.
3. At the end of the test, please turn off the heating and lower the furnace position. At the same time, turn on the cooling switch to air-cool the heating furnace to avoid dry burning of the flask.
4. Try to avoid the instrument being used and stored in a humid, corrosive atmosphere.
5. Before the vacuum pump is used for the first time, the vacuum pump oil should be injected into the pump to the window scale line. When using the full 500 hours or the vacuuming capacity is reduced, please replace the vacuum pump oil, the vacuum pump oil number is 68 or 100.
6. During the test, the heating part of the instrument should avoid contact, and do not splash liquid such as oil to ensure the safe use of the instrument.
7. When the instrument fails, you should ask a professional to repair or contact our company in time, and do not dismantle it.
