This instrument is designed and manufactured as per standards GB/T 261-2008 Determination of Flash Point - Pensky-Martens Closed Cup Method and ASTM D93 Standard Test Method for Flash Point by Pensky-Martens Closed Cup Tester. It is used to make determination of the closed cup flash point of the petroleum products.

What is the flash point of pensky martens closed cup tester?
* According to ASTM D93-20, Pensky-Martens test procedures can determine the flash point of petroleum products in the 40°C to 370°C range by either manual or automated closed-cup apparatus, as well as determining the flash point of biodiesel in the 60°C to 190°C range by an automated closed-cup apparatus.
* This PMCC (Pensky Martens) Flash Point Analyzer specifies the method of determining the combustible liquid with the Bingeski Martin closed-mouth flash point tester, the liquid with suspended particles, the liquid of liquid and other liquid flashing points on the surface of the test conditions.
Note 1: Although this file can be used at kerosene above 40 ° C, the flash point of kerosene and oil is generally determined by GB/T 21789. The flashing point of lubricating oil is usually determined by GB/T 3536.
