This tester is designed in accordance with ISO 9151 and EN 702.The tester is used to determinate the heat transfer performance of the sample at a certain temperature and widely used in fire protection clothing related companies and testing departments.
Device features:
1. The equipment consists of a control box and a stainless steel test stand;
2. The copper calorimeter is made of 99% pure copper; diameter 40mm, thickness 1.6mm, weight 18g; constantan thermocouple;
3. The sample support frame is made of 1.6mm thick copper plate: the size is 150mmx150mm, and the middle opening is 50mm x 50mm;
4. The calorimeter is made of aluminum plate; the size is 149mm x 149mm; the thickness is 6mm; the diameter of the middle opening is 90mm; the weight is 264±13g;
5. The sample support frame is made of stainless steel; the distance between the sample and the burner mouth is 50mm;
6. The blowtorch is an imported Merkle blowtorch; the diameter of the blowtorch mouth is 38mm±2mm;
7. The imported flow regulating valve accurately adjusts the flame combustion heat;
8. Imported brand pressure gauges and pressure regulating valves;
9. The metal heat shield is placed between the blowtorch and the sample and can be moved freely;
