Polymer-containing Oils Shear Stability Tester is suitable for shear stability determination of polymer-containing oils. The main unit consists of double piston jet pump and spray chamber with nozzle and nozzle holder.

1. Original German jet pump with nozzle and spray chamber.
2. A Bowie axial nozzle injector with a filter cartridge in the nozzle holder.
3. The spherical cooler has a cooling jacket to allow heat to pass through the wall surface.
4. The liquid flow meter controls the flow rate, digital display, 170cm³±5cm³/min.
5. The automatic stroke counter can automatically cut off the power.
6.250cm³ sump with liquid tank inlet at the top.
7. Siemens three-phase motor, power 1100W, speed 925±25r / min.
8. There is a distribution plate in the glass test tube, and a three-way piston is arranged at the cooling outlet;
9. Microcomputer temperature controller, digital display, accuracy ±1ºC, PT100 sensor.
10. Fully enclosed compressor refrigeration, large cooling capacity and low noise.
11. The digital timer records the test time with a wind alarm.
12. There is an exhaust device at the top of the jet pump.
13. There is an electronic controller for controlling the pressure on the pressure line. The digital display pressure is 17.5Mpa±0.35Mpa.
