Product Description

GD-6541A ASTM D971 Transformer Oil Interfacial Tension Tester is designed and made as per ASTM D971 Standard Test Method for Interfacial Tension of Oil against Water by the Ring Method.
Surface Tension Tester is used to determine the interfacial tension between mineral oils and water under non-equilibrium condition (Liquid-Liquid interface).Interfacial Tension Tester can also be used to determine interfacial tension of various liquids (Liquid-Gas interface).

Main Technical Features

Main Features:
1.  Full-automatic measuring the sample tension value using a powerful new generation of microprocessor.
2 . 10-inch 65K (resolution 800*600) color touch LCD display, Chinese and English prompt menu operation.
3 . The surface of the appearance is treated by electrostatic spray, which is corrosion-resistant and easy to clean.
4 . With 25ºC automatic temperature compensation function, the effect of temperature on the measured tension value is solved.
5 . The du nouy tensiometer automatically zeros, automatically measures, calculates, displays experimental results, and has a power-down storage function.
6 . The lifting platform of the instrument is automatically raised and lowered, stable, low noise and accurate.
