Automated houillon viscometer is a fully automated analytical instrument for quickly determining the kinematic viscosity of oil products. Developed according to ASTM D7279 standard, the instrument has functions such as fully automatic intelligent sampling, fully automatic testing, and fully automatic cleaning. It can complete the set tasks without human supervision and has strong performance.

Features

1. Fast measurement speed. The fastest time to obtain results for a single sample is 1 minute, and it generally takes 3-5 minutes to obtain results. The entire process takes no more than 10 minutes.
2. High degree of automation. The testing process of the fully automatic folding tube kinematic viscosity meter is fully automated and unmanned to complete the set tasks. Fully automatic intelligent sampling, measurement, cleaning, drying, result calculation, and repeatability calculation are all automatically completed. Two viscosity tubes can be used for measurement and cleaning/drying simultaneously.
3. There are many types of samples for measurement. It can measure transparent and opaque samples, including Newtonian liquids such as gasoline, diesel, kerosene, cutting fluid, heat transfer oil, additives, lubricating oil, and in use oil.
4. Accurate measurement data. The instrument has a secondary precise quantification function, which can automatically and accurately control the sample measurement conditions to ensure accurate data.
5. Clean quickly and thoroughly, using a dual cleaning solution in combination with cleaning method, with high cleaning efficiency and low cost. A cleaning process generally consumes no more than 10 milliliters of cleaning solution.
6. Highly intelligent and user-friendly software. The instrument automatically selects the viscometer, allocates the sample testing sequence reasonably, adds samples at any time, deletes samples, and prioritizes testing. Automatically recognize the sample to meet the viscosity index calculation conditions and automatically calculate the viscosity index.
