This instrument is composed of bathtub, bath cover, electrical controller, temperature controller, Motor-driving stirring device, Electrical heater, density measuring flask and holder, petroleum oil densimeter, thermoeter etc.
1. Electrical heater
It is made of sealed stainless steel tube, providing heat for the constant temperature bath.
2. Motor-driving sitrring device
60YN06-2B Single phase induction motor stirring device. Input power: 25W, output power: 6w, rotation: 1200r/min, stirring balde:Ф50mm(Both the heating and stirring are proceeded in a protecting cover). It guarantee the constant temperature in the bath.
3. Temperature Controller
FB9542CC Lcd digital temperature controller.The sensor(Pt100)sends the signal to the temperature regulator. It automatically control the heating power of the electrical heater. At the same time, the display shows the temperature in the bathtub.
4. Bathtub and bath cover
The bathtub is made of hard glass. There are tow holes for the density meauring flask and its holder on the bath cover. It enable to test two samples at the same time. There is a spare hole for the low temperature test. If the user need test the density of sample under a low temperature, he/she can add a self-provided cooler.
5. Thermometer
