3.Equipment compatibility description
The measuring device meets the requirements of multiple standards through the following designs:
1.Foaming multiple test: It uses a standard foam gun (such as PQ4/PQ8) and a measuring cylinder method, which meets the flow control and data acquisition requirements of ISO 7203-1 and EN 1568.
2.Liquid separation time measurement: The brass/stainless steel material of the liquid separation receiving tank and the automatic timing function meet the accuracy requirements of UL 162 and NFPA 11.
3.Pressure control: The proportional control valve and electromagnetic flowmeter ensure stable liquid supply pressure (0.3-0.65 MPa), which is compatible with the test conditions of ASTM D1881.
4. Main technical parameters:
1 Composition: It consists of a low-multiple foam generation system, a standard foam gun, a low-multiple foam collector, and a low-multiple foam liquid analysis tester.
2 Low-multiple foam generation system: It consists of an air inlet pipe, a pressure-resistant storage tank, a pressure gauge, a foam liquid delivery pipe, and an adjustable bracket;

3 Standard foam gun: When calibrated with water, at a pressure of (0.63±0.03)MPa, the water flow rate is (11.4±0.4)L/min;
