I ntroduction:
The four-ball friction tester is used to determine the anti-wear performance of lubricants and evaluate the bearing capacity of lubricants, including normal wear, maximum non-seizure load PB, sintering load PD, comprehensive wear value ZMZ, etc.
The four-ball friction tester is refer to the following standards.
  1. GB / T 3142 "Lubricant carrying capacity determination method (four-ball method)".
  2. GB / T 12583 "Determination of extreme pressure performance of lubricants (four-ball method)".
  3. SH / T 0189 "Determination of anti-wear properties of lubricating oil (four-ball machine method)".
  4. SH / T 0202 "Determination of extreme pressure performance of grease (four-ball machine method)".
  5. SH / T 0204 "Determination of anti-wear properties of grease (four-ball machine method)".

F eatures:
  1. It adopts 7-inch high-resolution color touch LCD screen and touch screen keys. Full English man-machine dialogue interface, integrated touch and LCD display, more convenient operation. The man-machine control interface has the following functions:
         a) The test date, test number can be set and displayed arbitrarily.
         b) Test running time can be set and displayed arbitrarily.
         c) The temperature control point can be set arbitrarily and the temperature is displayed in real time.
  1. The motor speed can be arbitrarily set and displayed in real time.
  2. The main body design of the testing machine adopts a steel-cast integrated structure, which has the characteristics of steel shock resistance and high concentricity. It adopts the structure design technology of four-ball machine from British Stanhope Seta and American Koehler. The radial deviation of the steel ball on the top of the ball bowl, the key part of the four-ball machine, is measured at a value of 0.01mm at the minimum point of 3.5mm from the steel ball, which is the latest scientific and accurate design. This series of four-ball machine runs smoothly, the measurement data is accurate, and the repeatability is excellent.
  3. Loading control method: lever type; loading force is constant during the test without fluctuation.
  4. The spindle speed system is more accurate. The speed error of the testing machine can be controlled within ± 5 r min.
  5. Real-time temperature LCD display, temperature control accuracy ± 0.5ºC.
  6. The test ball bowl automatically heats the oil sample. After the lubricant reaches the set temperature, the motor is automatically turned on. After the experiment is over, the heating will be automatically stopped and the motor will be automatically turned off.
  7. Simple and convenient operation and intuitive display, combined with optical microscope measurement. Make the test process more rapid, accurate, convenient, intelligent and user-friendly.
