Introduction:
 En 13823 Single Burning Items fire resistance under the attack of monomer combustion heat.The sample is placed in the flame in the sliding box, under the exhaust pipe.The reaction condition of the sample under combustion is monitored by both machine and naked eye.Heat and smoke release rate were measured by instrument, and the object performance was evaluated by observation.Calculate heat release rate, smoke release rate, fire growth rate index, oxygen consumption,CO,CO2 production, smoke growth rate index, etc.

Technical Features:
1. SBI test include Combustion Room , Control Room, Sample Trolly , J-type Smoke Exhaust Duct , Gas Analyzer , Gas Supply etc.  
2. Sample Trolly carry Main Burner and Auxiliary Burner , adopt surface ignition method, the Main Burner and Auxiliary Burner can switch automaticlly .  
3. Equipped with paramagnetic O2 analyser, test range 0~25% . Equipped with NDIR Analyser, CO2 test range 0~10% ,CO test range 0~1% .  
4. Gas sampling system contains porous-sampler , double-end sampling pump , filter ,fine-filter , dehumidify cold trap , moisture filter and CO2 filter.  
5. Compressor cold trap temperature : 0~5°, diaphragm pump flow rate: 33l/min ,vacuum degree : 700mm Hg,pressure: 2.5bar.  
6. Incandescent light bulb smoke density system , the system contains 2896K incandescent light bulb and Si-Photodiode detector , it can automaticlly calibrate 100% and 0% transmittance .  
7. Purging system include centrifugal fan ,exhaust fume collecting hood,exhaust air duct and two-way probe etc. ,the flow rate of exhaust fan : 0-1m3/s adjustable.  
8. Satinless steel centrifugal fan , power 2.5KW , temperature resistance 300ºC,adjust wind speed by frequency converter.  
9. Import mass flow rate controller , test range : 0-2.5g/s,it's fit with Kt calibration and Combustion test , it can automaticlly cut or adjust gas supply .  
10. With Software operation system , the test result include : FIGRA, total heat release,SMOGRA, total smoke produce index etc.
