Introduction:
1. GD-6307 NCAT Asphalt Content Furnace is designed and made as per T0735-2011 "Asphalt Content Test in Asphalt Mixtures ( Combustion Furnace Method )" and JT/T 671-2006"Combustion Method for Asphalt Content Tester " in the Industry Standard of People's Republic of China JTG E20-2011 "Highway Engineering Bitumen and Bituminous Mixtures Test Code" .
2. It can determine asphalt content rapidly ,correctly ,safely and reliably .And it is suitable to determine the asphalt content of the asphalt mixtures .
3. It is also used to analysis the asphalt mixtures after the combustion .
4. It is the ideal instrument to determine the asphalt content for manufacturing , researching ,using ,act of the institutes .
5. It is also suitable to meet the requirement of ASTM D6307-98, AASHTO T308-99 standard .

Features:
1. The body of the combustion furnace adopts aerospace insulation materials .It has good warm-keeping effect and short preheating time .The heating rate is rapid and it can arrive to standard temperature 538ºC in the 30 minutes .

It has good heat insulation characteristic ,when the inner of the furnace body arrives to the standard temperature , the temperature of outer furnace body will be lower than 45ºC ,and it has high operation safety ,for avoid the influence of the high temperature on the electronic scales measurement accuracy .

11. The processing mode is flexible ,it can choose the software and hardware as accessories, it can connect with computer and common printer .It can use the USB drives to download the data and connect with the network function of the wet .
