GD-2430A ASTM D1177 Automatic coolant freezing point tester
Introduction:
The coolant freezing point tester is designed and made as per the Industrial Standard of People's Republic of China GB/T 2430 ,SH/T0090-1991(2000), ASTM D1177,D2386 Standard Test Method for Freezing Point of Engine Coolant. The coolant freezing point tester can be used to test freezing point of engine coolants and condensation liquids.
Features:
1.This coolant freezing point tester is composed of refrigeration system, industrial control host computer control system, embedded hardware control system, electromechanical stirring system, cold bath test observation system, frame structure shell system, etc.
2.The refrigeration system adopts the overlapping refrigeration, cold bath as low as -70ºC, through the condensing tube, temperature sensor, bath stirring device, heating tube and other components to make the temperature control accuracy of ±1ºC, to meet the freezing point test requirements specified in the corresponding standards.
3.The cold bath device of this instrument can carry out parallel tests of two test tubes at the same time; the stainless steel cooling bath is fitted with a multi-layer interior heating glass window, which has good thermal insulation performance, no dew and frost, and excellent visual performance.
4.The special motor drives the test stirring device for up and down linear motion.
5.The instrument can automatically capture the freezing point. According to the temperature return characteristics of the freezing point, the changes can be visually seen on the curve of the main interface.
6.The temperature of the cold bath of this instrument is the preset freezing point minus 28 °C, and the system is automatically controlled without manual intervention.
