Introduction:

GD-4294 ASTM D4294 50 ppm Sulphur Content Analyser is specially designed to determine sulfur content in the petroleum products. Adopts energy-dispersive principle, and with electrical, mechanical and microprocessor integration design, so it is rapid and accurate. It can meet the requirements of National Standard GB/T 17040 and GB/T11140 on repeatability and reproducibility, and it can also meet requirements of ASTM D4294-03 on these indexes. It provides a measure to determine sulfur content during petroleum or petrochemical production process.

With automatic gain correction: when the X-ray tube is used for a long time and the energy decreases, the instrument will automatically adjust the corresponding algorithm to ensure the measurement accuracy, which actually prolongs the service life of the X-ray tube.
8. Automatic selection of standard curve: the instrument can store any number of standard curves, and the user can select the most suitable curve. If there is no selection, the instrument can automatically select a curve closest to the measured sample. If the measured sample exceeds the range of all curve measuring points, the instrument will use the "extrapolation method" to measure.
9. Pollution protection: the instrument is designed with LED optical total reflection imaging technology to check (judge) the overflow of liquid sample, which can avoid the leakage of sample box into the detection cabin and pollute and damage the instrument; Anti overflow is added in the instrument sample detection cabin
