Introduction:

Tracking tester is strictly according to GB4207, IEC60112 standards such as research and development design and manufacture special detecting instruments, apply to the lighting equipment, low-voltage electrical appliances, household appliances, machine tool electrical appliances, motor, electric tools, electronic instruments, electrical and instrument, information technology and equipment research, production and quality inspection departments, can also be applied to insulation materials, engineering plastics, electrical fittings and accessories industry.It is simple, accurate, reliable and practical to simulate the measurement of creepage index and creepage resistance index under wet condition.

Electrosification index test is to evaluate the leakage resistance of solid insulation surface under the combined action of electric field and wet or polluted medium by applying a certain voltage and dropping a specified volume of liquid droplets between the specified size (2mmx5mm) platinum electrodes.
Principle:

On the surface of solid insulating material ,between  two platinum electrode(2mm × 5mm)  , a voltage is applied, and Timing (30s) set height (35mm) conductive liquid droplet volume dropping the provisions of (0.1% NH 4 CL ), to evaluate the solid insulating material surface leakage resistance performance under wet or contaminated medium electric and combined effects measured for comparative tracking index (CT1) and resistance to tracking index (PT1).
