Product Description

* This Automatic Marshall Stability Test Machine is developed according to the ASTM D6927 Marshall stability test standard for asphalt mixtures .It is suitable for Marshall stability test and immersion Marshall stability. Carry out mix ratio design of asphalt mixture or inspection of asphalt pavement construction quality. This method is applicable to standard Marshall specimen cylinder (Φ101.6mm×63.5mm) and large Marshall specimen cylinder (Φ152.4mm×95.3mm) formed by ASTM D6927.
* Marshall stability tester is used to determine the thermal stability and non-deformability of asphalt mixtures - stability and flow value. It provides an accurate basis for the design of the ratio of asphalt mixture.

 

Structure of Marshall

* It adopts advanced sensing technology and micro-processing technology, with parameter setting, measurement correction, automatic test control, automatic data acquisition, real-time clock and other functions.

Feature of Marshall

1. Computer-integrated manufacturing, automatic data collection, and can be connected to the upload platform.
2. The control device collects test data of the stability and flow value of the specimen, and automatically estimate the peak value.
3. The LCD screen can directly display the test data, curve and test time of the stability value and flow value.
4. The display of test results is explicitly, and 100 groups of test data and test time can be stored inside.
5. The machine is equipped with RS232 serial communication port, which is convenient to communicate with the upper computer.
