Introduction:
1. The Rolling Thin Film Oven is designed and manufactured according to the requirements stipulated in T 0610-2011 "Asphalt Rotating Film Heating Test" of the People's Republic of China Industry Standard JTG E20-2011 "Road Engineering Asphalt and Asphalt Mixture Test Regulations".
2. It is suitable for measuring the mass loss of road petroleum asphalt rotating film after heating. And according to the need to measure the rotation of the rotating film, the residue of the asphalt penetration, viscosity, ductility and brittleness and other properties to evaluate the aging performance of asphalt.
3.There are motor and speed regulation device at the back of oven case. A rolling disk rotating at 15 RPM is just in the center of working chamber and you can place 8 sample bottles on the disk. The rolling disk is driven by a chain and you can rotate the disk gently when you install the sample on the disk, so it is convenience to be operated.

1. The Rolling Thin Film Oven is mainly composed of an electrical control part, an oven chamber, and a mechanical transmission device. The constant temperature room is equipped with a lighting lamp, which is convenient for outdoor observation of the indoor working conditions.
2. It adopts the ACO series electromagnetic air compressor and LZJ type air flow meter to meet and control the air flow required for the test.
3. It adopts 90YY60 / 90JB100 series gear motor system to accurately control the speed of test turntable.
4. It adopts high-precision intelligent temperature control instruments to ensure that the oven temperature reaches 163ºC ± 0.5ºC within 10 minutes after the sample is installed.

Product Superiority:
The surface of the instrument is treated with plastics and the inner liner of working chamber is made of stainless steel. There are heat preservation layer and air conduit between the working chamber and shell of case. In order to prevent heat loss from working chamber affecting the temperature controlling accuracy and the controlling temperature, the heat preservation layer is filled with heat preservation materials. A floodlight is installed in the working chamber so that the user can observe test procedure in the chamber from outside. A rolling disk, which can hold 8 pieces of asphalt samples, is installed in the chamber. When you disassemble the rolling disk, the oven can be taken as a constant temperature case.
