1.GD-2430A Coolants Freezing Point Test Apparatus consists of a refrigeration system, an industrial control host computer control system, an embedded hardware control system, an electromechanical stirring system, a cold bath test observation system, a frame structure shell system, etc.
2. The refrigeration system adopts cascade refrigeration, and the cold bath can reach as low as -70°C. The temperature control accuracy reaches ±1°C through components such as condenser tubes, temperature sensors, bath liquid stirring devices, and heating tubes. Meet the freezing point test requirements specified in the corresponding standards;
3. The cold bath device of this instrument can conduct parallel tests on two test tubes at the same time; the stainless steel cooling bath is equipped with a multi-layer inner hollow heating glass window, which has good thermal insulation performance, no exposure and frost, and excellent visual performance.
4. A test mixing device with a special motor driving up and down linear motion.
5. GD-2430A Coolants Freezing Point Test Apparatus can automatically capture the freezing point. According to the temperature recovery characteristics of the freezing point, changes can be visually seen on the curve on the main interface.
6. The cold bath temperature of this instrument is the preset freezing point minus 28°C, and the system automatically controls it without manual intervention.
