KYJ Series Purifier specially for Fire-Resistant Oil is designed according to the requirements of fire-resistant oil. Through adopting materials compatible with fire-resistant oil, vacuum dehydration, new particle filter to elimination impurities, special absorbent to remove acid components from oil, this purifier can conduct preventive, deep purification and filtering the qualified fire-resistant, repurify slightly polluted fire-resisant oil, and refilter heavily polluted fire-resistant oil.
This series oil purifiers are necessary for fire-resistant oil customers. It is mainly used in the process of online operation, mobile oil filtration, new oil injection and so on. It can prolong the useful life of fire-resistant oil, maintain host safety and save energy.
Based on the different requirements of customers, this purifier can be further divided into two types;KYJ and KYJ-I. The former one is a multi-purpose type, combining vacuum dehydration and degassing, multi-stage precision filtration and absorbent regeneration. Its powerful functions and comprehensive oil treatment indexes make it the best choice of customers that have higher requirements for oil treatment.
 

 

Product Features

 

The tank and pipelines where fire-resistant oil going through are all made of stainless steel.
Dehydrate by vacuum distillation, water content less than 100ppm.
Oil-input and oil-output keep balance by photoelectric switch which is sensitive and accurate to monitor oil level in the tank, stop inputting oil when level marked high and keep inputting oil when low. Therefore, all series of YUNENG brand oil filtration machines never spray oil.
We use filters which designed only for fire-resistant oil to remove particles. Cleanness up to NAS grade 5.
There is system with absorbent to solve acid problem.
After treatment, the important index-resistivity up to ≥ 6 x 109.
