The Ultraviolet Fluorescence Oil Sulfur Tester Instrument has the following main features:used the fluorescence excitation source of imported,membrane dryer,filters,metal encapsulated photomultiplier tube and has high sensitivity, fast, stable, high accuracy, consistency, etc.Advanced temperature control system: two position warming up respectively and wound inside type tubular furnace. Warming up rapid and stable.
The entire reaction process can be expressed as follows:
Under certain conditions, the fluorescence intensity generated in reaction is in direct proportion to production quantity of S02. The amount of S02 is in direct proportion to the total sulfur content of the sample, so can measure the fluorescent intensity to determine the total sulfur content of the sample.

1. Host:
1.1 Pyrolysis reaction:
The sulfide in samples convert into SO2 has occurred in this part. The temperature shows two section of furnace temperature by meters,temperature control accuracy ± 1%. Flow control unit can control three-way, adjustment range is as follows:
O2 (Pyrolysis)  50 ~ 500 ml/min
O2 (Carrier gas)  30 ~ 300 ml/min
Ar  (Carrier gas)  30 ~ 300 ml/min  
1.2 Detector:
Complete fluorescent signal detection, amplification, and accept the computer control, sent the signal to computer for processing.
2. Computer systems:
Computer systems including host, monitor, printer, keyboard, mouse and the corresponding computer software.Complete signal processing and control, to provide samples of the intermediate result and final result of GD-5453.
3. Injector:
The injector put on the right side of the temperature control and ensure constant sample.Users can select the speed in 0.3 ul / sec ≈ 1.2 ul / sec according to the analysis required.
