Introduction:

Single Burning Items SBI for Building Materials EN 13823, as European's the evaluation of fire-resistance performance of building materials, measures heat release rate (H.R.R), smoke growth rate index (SPR), oxygen consumption, CO, CO2 production, mass loss rate and so on.

Main features:

1. Unit combustion test equipment includes a trolley, fixed frame, gas collecting hood, collector, J-shaped smoke exhaust pipe, centrifugal fan, wind speed control device, comprehensive measurement section, gas analysis cabinet, data acquisition system, etc.;
2. The trolley can be installed with two mutually perpendicular sample specimens. There is a sandbox burner at the bottom of the vertical angle, which adopts the surface ignition method and is equipped with a flame detection system as a flameout protection device;
3. Fix the frame, the trolley is pushed into it for testing and supports the gas collecting hood, the auxiliary burner is fixed on the frame, and it is equipped with a flame detection system as a flameout protection device;
4. The stainless steel gas collecting hood is located on the top of the fixed frame to collect the gas generated by combustion;
5. Stainless steel J-shaped smoke exhaust pipe, a heat-insulating round pipe with an inner diameter of (315±5)mm, and 50mm-thick high-temperature-resistant mineral wool for heat preservation;
6. The smoke exhaust system should be able to continuously exhaust smoke at a speed of 0.50m3/s-0.65 m3/s, and be adjusted by frequency conversion;
7. The stainless steel centrifugal fan can withstand a temperature of 300 degrees, meeting the high-temperature requirements of step calibration;
8. Mass flow controller, the range is 0g/s-2.5g/s, and the reading accuracy is not less than 1.5%;
9. Adjusting the propane flow through the mass flow rate controller should be able to automatically control the gas supply of the burner. The gas mass flow rate is 647mg/s and 2000mg/s. The gas control system can ensure that the change of the gas supply speed during the test should not exceed 5mg/s s, the guaranteed output heat 30.7±2kW;
10. The flue gas sampling system consists of a soot filter, compressor condenser, drying column, sampling pump, and peristaltic pump to ensure effective collection of flue gas samples and clean and dry;
11. Diaphragm pump, flow rate: 400l/h, high-temperature resistance and corrosion resistance, used for collecting sample gas;
12. The filter head of the smoke filter is composed of solid PTFE, and the inside is 0.5um filter material;
13. Compressor type condenser, cooling capacity 320KJ/h, dew point stability 0.1 degrees, dew point static change 0.1K, protection level IP20;
14. Imported rotameter with a range of 0-5L/min to adjust the intake flow of the analyzer;
15. Paramagnetic oxygen analyzer with a range of 0-25%, measuring the oxygen concentration in the gas, the concentration range is 0-25%, T90<12 seconds;
16. Non-dispersive infrared CO2 analyzer: CO2: 0-10%;
17. A pipeline with a length of 2155mm in the comprehensive measurement area is equipped with pressure probes, three thermocouples, gas sampling probes, and white light systems;
18. A two-way probe connected to an inlet pressure sensor with a range of at least (0-100) Pa and an accuracy of ±2Pa. The response time of 90% output of the pressure sensor is at most 1s;
19. The gas sampling probe is connected with the gas regulating device and the O2, CO2 inlet gas analyzer;
20. The light attenuation system is incandescent type, which is installed on the side pipe of the smoke exhaust pipe with a flexible joint;
21. The lamp is an incandescent lamp and is used at a color temperature of (2900±100)K. The power supply is a stable direct current, and the fluctuation range of the current is within ±0.5% (including temperature, short-term and long-term stability);
22. A lens system for focusing light into a parallel beam of at least 20mm diameter. The light-emitting hole of the photocell should be located at the focal point of the lens in front of it, and its diameter (d) should be determined according to the focal length (f) of the lens so that d/f is less than 0.04;
23. The detector and silicon photodiode probe, the photoelectric detection room has a linear stability of 0.1% and a 10-bit measurement range. The spectral distribution responsivity of the silicon photodiode is consistent with CIE (illumination curve), and the standard function V(γ) can Achieve at least ±5% accuracy;
24. The 90% response time of the light attenuation system should not exceed 3s;
25. Introduce air into the side pipe to keep the optical components in compliance with the cleanliness requirements of light attenuation drift, which can be done by using compressed air;
