Introduction:

UL 1518 ISO 9772 Vertical Flame Tester for Cable is designed according to UL1581 sect 1080.1~1080.14, and meets the criteria of VW-1(Vertical-specimen) Flame Test. It can be used to test 1060  products wire and cable FT1 and vertical burning test,1080 VW-1 test, 1061 test, 1090 horizontal test, and 1100 horizontal specimen or FT2 test; To assess the flame spreading the ability to combustible nearby of cable or flexible wire when it caught fire. The whole test is carried out in a sealed test chamber with a volume of 4.32 M3.

- ASTM D 5025: Standard specification for laboratory burner used for small
- ASTM D 5207


Features:

1, The test chamber is electrolytic plate electrostatic spraying, elegant appearance, and inside is roasted black;

 2, The tester is equipped with a powerful exhaust fume extractor, when the test is complete, open and air supply system and exhaust to the outdoors, and during the test, the system is closed;

 3, The air throttle is equipped behind the test chamber. After the completion of the test, open the ventilation system to air distribution in the cabinet, But during the testing, the air door should be closed;

 4, The glass viewing window is on the front box, allowing easy observation during the test;

 5, The test chamber is equipped with a sealed glove to operate the burner inside;

 6, Test chamber size: available space 2.1M (l) *1M (w) *2.1M (h);   capacity: 4.48m3. Dimensions 2.4m (l) *1M (w) *2.3M (h).

Control system:

 1, PLC with touch screen control system achieving testing process automatic control.

 2, The test time can be set freely by customers.

 3,  Combustion both vertical and horizontal burning test mode.

 4, An experimental system automatically calculates and stores the test data.

 5, Burning settings: 0-999.99 seconds to set arbitrary.

 6, To stop burning set: 0-999.99 SEC to set arbitrary.

 7, Burning count: 0-999 set.
